Welcome to your Stagl Organics!

We are a Salt Lake City local farm growing fresh, organic produce for the community. From the beginning of May to around the end of October, we provide a box of fresh grown vegetables and fruit.

About the Farm

Hello Friends!

Hi my name is Shad Stagl, owner/operator of Stagl Organics. 2025 is Stagl Organics 10th season providing CSA shares. We have sold our produce to local restaurants, as well as at the Liberty Park farmers market. All of our produce is grown locally right here in Salt Lake City, using only organic-approved farming practices. This not only brings high quality, nutrient dense, and great tasting food to your table, but also improves the environment, builds soil, and creates habitat and beauty.

About the CSA

CSA Stands for Community Supported Agriculture

CSA allows people to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally. When you become a member of a CSA, you’re purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a local farmer.

Here at Stagl Organics, there are a few share options you can choose from. Weekly, or every other week

CSA members pay for an entire season of produce upfront. This early bulk payment enables your farmer to plan for the season, purchase new seed, make equipment repairs, and more.

Full Share begins May 2nd with pickup every week. For a full share, members will receive a large share of food generally feeding 2-4 people for the week.

Our 2023 half share season begins with the first pickup on Thursday May 2nd or May 9th for pickup every other week for 12 weeks total.

Half share members can choose from 3 options: either opting for food shares (with the same amount of food as the full share members) every other week, food shares for the first 12 weeks, or food shares for the last 12 weeks.
