Description
Half share members can choose from 3 options: either opting for food shares (with the same amount of food as the full share members) every other week, food shares for the first 12 weeks, or food shares for the last 12 weeks. Choosing a half share will average out to $44 a week.
WHAT COMES IN A SHARE
The type of produce you receive in each share varies from month to month, depending on each vegetable’s growing season. The following is generally how each share will be broken down:
In Spring:
- Spinach, Arugula, Mesclun mix, Baby greens, Microgreens sunshoots, Peas, Radishes, Salad Turnips
In late Spring and early Summer:
- Head Lettuce, Kale, Mustard, Pac Choi, Bunching Onion, Beets, Radishes, Microgreens, Spinach, Arugula, Mesclun Mix, Baby Greens, Microgreen Sunshoots, Peas, Radishes, Salad Turnips
In the Summer:
- Tomatoes, Peppers, Chilis, Tomatillo, Eggplant, Cucumber, Swiss Chard, Romaine, Beet, Carrot, Onions, Garlic, Leeks, Herbs: Thyme, Marjoram, Basil
Into the Fall:
- Potatoes, Winter Squash, Leeks, Onions, Garlic, Cabbage, Kale, Baby Lettuce, Spinach, Arugula
